Cancellation Policy Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. How to Notify: You can cancel or reschedule your session by contacting us via phone or email during business hours. No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees Fee Amount: A fee of $25 will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows. Insurance Coverage: Please note that no-show and late cancellation fees are not covered by insurance and will need to be paid out of pocket. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you experience a medical emergency, inclement weather, or other unavoidable situations, please inform us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Payment Policy Billing: Missed appointment fees will be billed directly to you and must be paid before the next session. Outstanding Balances: Repeated missed appointments or failure to pay outstanding fees may result in suspension of services until the balance is resolved.
